Lore : You can Special Summon this card from your hand when a card(s) is sent from your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard. When this card is Summoned, send the top 3 cards of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard. There can be only 1 "Destiny Overlord" on the field.

 

Sorry for keep you waiting, but this was really busy week. (lot of exams)

 

Anyway, reason i made that card is to make mill decks more competitive..this card would greatly help those decks..and i made him Zombie-Type because there is some support for Zombie-Type mill decks in TCG + because he is Zombie-Type, there is a lot of cards that can Special Summon him from the Graveyard which means -> lot of milling, at least enough to win sometimes with mill decks in this crazy fast meta :D

His Special Summon condition is i hope original enough, and it makes him much faster, so you can use your Foolish Burials for example for Mezuki etc. ;)

Reason i made that there can be only 1 on the field is because it would be broken that you can special summon them 3 at same time to the field and then OTK...;)

Heh , i was thinking that name score is not so important...it says 1/20, and i lost like 7 points lol...btw Destiny Overlord can be name of that pic, i see no reason why not, and Destiny Overlord can be Zombie too..it is like Reaper -> Ruler of Destiny (destiny can be translated like Ruler of Life etc.)...and Reaper is Zombie obv..:)

Your card is brilliant. Near perfect OCG and a name that makes you instantly think it's a powerful. The only thing i'd mark it down for is the pic. The wasn't brilliant unlike the rest of your card and that's an unfortunate shame. It is also overpowered and pretty much a game winner against any water based deck. I unfortunately have to give you a 7.5/10.

Your card is, again, brilliant too. It's creative, almost flawless and has a very neat feel to it. The pic is not world-class but still pretty good. The name is catchy too. It still has some little niggles that need to be fixed. It's a niche with a 20-sided dice and all so I have to give you 8.5/10!
