This card can only be Special Summoned when Elemental Hero Neos is on your side of the field. Release Elemental Neos and two DARK type monsters from your deck to the Cemetary. This card gains 100 ATK points for each "Evil Hero" and "Elemental Hero" card in your Cemetary. Also once per turn you can discard one card from your hand to negate a monster's effect that targets this card, and then destroy that card.

- Image is awesome, but could use a background

- This doesn't feel that it should be a Fusion. It could be an Effect monster instead

- OCG is off

Increase the ATK of this card by 100 for each "Evil Hero" and Elemental Hero" monster in your Graveyard. If this card is targeted by the effect of an Effect Monster, you can discard 1 card from your hand to negate the effect and destroy it.

 

Not a bad idea, but too easy to summon and kinda powerful if you use DAD and such...
