Xius
'Ello. Just made a new card, want some feedback, OCG Fixes, and some ratings. Appreciate it :D. Effect: When this card is destroyed, draw 2 cards. If 1 of the cards drawn is a Level 5 or lower Fairy-Type monster, Special Summon it in face-up Attack Position. If both cards drawn are Fairy-Type monsters, send both cards to the Graveyard to return this card to your hand. If both cards drawn are not Fairy-Type monsters, discard 1 of them from your hand. Image Credit goes to ~ferus on deviantART.' Credit to Judgement Dragon for a whole ton of fixes.
Mr. Judgment Dragon
Avoid using pictures that have text on them. Also, correct OCG: This card can also be treated as a LIGHT monster. During the End Phase of the turn this card is destroyed, you can draw 2 cards. If you draw a Level 5 or lower Fairy-Type monster, you can Special Summon it in face-up Attack Position to your field. If both cards that were drawn are Fairy-Type monsters, you can send both cards to the Graveyard and return this card to your hand. If a Fairy-Type monster was not drawn, you lose 1000 Life Points. A bit risky, dont you think?
Xius
Thanks for the fixes. Well that's kind of the whole point. Maybe i'll lower the Life Points loss to 500. But I meant for it to be risky, you can either get a very good advantage, or a very bad disadvantage. Maybe i'll go find a new pic.

Especially if the card is unsupported.
Xius
Well what if I took out the loss of life points effect?
Mr. Judgment Dragon
Well what if I took out the loss of life points effect? Then the card would be too powerful. Keep the effect but make support to get around the effect. Not only do you get to draw, there would be no real drawback if the Life Point loss effect was taken away. I would leave it to a loss of 1000 Life Points.
Xius
Got any suggestions? Like roll a die or something? Or only if you have x amount of Life Points at the moment?
Tabris
Lessee: Ferus of the Glowing Orbs WATER/LV4/Fairy/1400/800 When this card is destroyed, draw 2 cards. Keep in mind that I don't really take heed of correct OCG.

"Santa's Envoy"
Oh my old friend ambiguity... I haven't accompanied the topic so I'll make some assumptions. It seems fit to require the payment of Life Points in order to Special Summon the drawn Fairy-type monster card. On another thought, I liked the part where it said this card should be also treated as LIGHT attribute monster; it would go with the whole concept of a Fairy-type Deck. As for the ambiguous part, the first line of the effect does not specifies if 1 of the 2 cards must not be Fairy-type monster card so then you are able to Special Summon the suitable Fairy monster (the other card for that matter). If it doesn't have to, then when you draw 2 valid monster cards, you'd have two choices: you can Special Summon either one of the 2 cards, or; send them both to the Graveyard and recover the destroyed card to your Deck. Keeping in mind the possible risk of one coming to the conclusion that one could actually Special Summon them both. As a secondary matter, in the first line it is clearly mentioned that only a Level 5 or below is applicable for such effect, but the ones ahead don't specify, I'm guessing that your intention is Fairy-types in general, however I thought of pointing that out. (I'm going to let the OCG for you, instead of making any furtherd suggestions.) Btw, nice card. ^^
