When those people notices they don't need those things they trow it all to the garbage. That generates a lot of trash that needs to go somewhere, and is in that moment when recycling appears. I think you have forgotten Chinese people who live in the countryside, rain forest, small towns, villages, and people who have recently ate a Hamburger in the trash can. DO THEY KNOW RECYCLING?
