I know the effect is probably crap but meh...[/align] Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 1 LIGHT Spellcaster-Type in you Graveyard from play. Each time this card destroys a monster by battle or a card is Tribute Summoned, put 1 Seal Counter on this card (max. 12). For each Seal Counter on this card, increase its ATK by 100. During your Main Phase, you can remove 1 Seal Counter from this card to remove 1 card on the field from play until the 3rd turn after this effect was activated. You can Tribute this face-up card with 12 Seal Counters to Special Summon 1 monster from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard, ignoring the summoning conditions. The drawback for the last effect is pretty rough considering how hard it would be to even be able to activate it. OCG looks pretty good. Overall, I'd give this an 9/10.
