Image Credit goes to ~luna-doll on deviantART. Effect: This card is also treated as a Dragon-Type monster. You can use this card's effect only when you have Level 3 or higher Fairy-Type and Dragon-Type monsters on your side of the field. Once every 2 turns, return 1 Dragon-Type or Fairy-Type monster from your Graveyard to your hand. If this card is destroyed by the effect of a Trap Card, decrease the ATK and DEF of all Dragon-Type and Fairy-Type monsters on the field by 500. Mr. Judgment Dragon Posted February 1, 2009 Report Share Posted February 1, 2009 To be quite honest, I think this card is underpowered. 1900 ATK for 2 Tributes and the effect is a bit unimpressive considering the fact the effect only works every 2 turns. You also added an uneccessary drawback at the end. Make this Level 5 or 6 and get rid of the last effect and the card should be balanced. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'd lower it's Level, as all it does is return a card, and it's pretty difficult to do something so simple. Still, better underpowered then overpowered i'd say. I'll lower the lvl though[/quote'] This is not a theme specific super Monster Reborn. It would be more of a costless theme specific Monster Reincarnation.
