This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned while ''Mountains'' is on the field, by removing from play 3 Beast-Type monsters you control. If "Mountains" is removed from the field, this card is sent to the Graveyard. This card cannot be destroyed by battle (damage calculation is applied normally). If this card is sent to the Graveyard, Take half the original ATK of the highest monster on your opponent's field as direct damage. If your opponent has no monsters on his/her field, take 1000 damage. If the only card on your opponent's field has an original ATK of 0, take 1500 damage. As long as there is another Beast/ Winged-Beast/ Beast-Warrior-Type on the field, this card can't be chosen as an attack target.
Even with the draw backs, I would say this card was seriously overpowered. 4000 attack points AND invincible in battle? That's not even considering the diversion power it has.

"If this card is sent to the Graveyard, Take half the original ATK of the highest monster on your opponent's field."

I'm not sure what that part means.

Other than that it's great. The picture is good and it's generally original (from what I have seen anyway). 6/10. (Alter it's strength and it would be a 9)

if you dont have "Mountains" on your field, this is usless... it depends on that and that means that balances out alot too

that part means you take half the original ATK of your opponent's most powerful monster and take life points equal to that... srry i didnt catch that will edit

OCG fix:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 3 Beast-Type monsters on your field or in your hand or Graveyard. This card can only be Special Summoned while "Mountains" is on the field. If the card "Mountains" is removed from the field, destroy this card. This card cannot be destroyed by battle (Damage calculation is applied normally). If this card is sent to the Graveyard, your opponent loses Life Points equal to half the ATK of the monster with the highest ATK on your opponent's field. If your opponent has no monsters on his/her field, you lose 1000 Life Points. If the only card on your opponent's field has an original ATK of 0, you lose 1500 Life Points. As long as there is another Beast, Winged-Beast, or Beast-Warrior-Type monster on the field, this card cannot be selected as an attack target.

The bold part you might want to consider adding.

Not a big fan of the pic, but it goes alright with the card.

8/10

Uhm, WTF?

This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 3 Beast-Type monsters from your field, Graveyard or hand. [then you put:] This card can only be Special Summoned while "Mountains" is on the field. Special Summon it twice? WTF> It's either 1 or the other.

Uhm, and this sentence is incorrect:

If the card "Mountains" is removed from the field,

Fix:

If "Mountains" is removed from the field,
