I call these cards T.H.E or the Tyrant Heroes of the Elders. Hope you all like em.... feel free to point any mistakes i made... ^_^ and i will do my best to correct them.... Effect> This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 4 different "T.H.E" monsters from your hand, field or Graveyard. When this card is Special Summoned successfully, decrease the ATK and DEF of all monsters your opponent controls by 1000 By paying 1000 Life Points, your opponent cannot activate or chain Monster, Spell and Trap Cards effect until the End Phase of your opponent's turn.
