The actual effect really isn't that good...and couldn't you just decrease the opponent's monster's ATK/DEF by 200 and get pretty much the same effect?

i disagree. the way you have it worded the decreases last until the end phase, which means that if you attack with this card you can lower the opposing monster by 1800 and let another monster finish it off, as that other monster did not lose all of the atk that this card lost. this equipped with mist body equals win.

Wow Thanks....Yeah i tried to make it as fair as possible, so you won't do maxium damage, maybe i should, put a part in the effect where only a certain attack monster can destroy it?
