Which is exactly why it's OPed. 1 Light and 1 Water is no different from 1 Light and 1 Dark (BTW, if it's Red-Eyes, why do you send a LIGHT monster rather than a DARK one?) I appriciate the Effort. It's good to see that you put effort into your card rather than making an OPed card to seem good. 6/10 If you want, send me a PM and I can try and balance out the effect.
