JG.
[align=center] Card LoreWhen a card you control is attacked by an opponents monster, you can discard 1 card from your hand to destroy the attacking monster after Damage Calculation. If this card is destroyed by battle, you can pay 2000 Life Points to destroy all monsters your opponent controls. If this card is destroyed by a card effect, Special Summon it to your side of the field during the End Phase of your next turn. Phantasy Dreamz
i suggest you add some drawbacks in there to balance it out a bit....... if your planning to keep all of its effects......

Kotaro
It is a bit overpowered but not a lot overpowered, it does have 2 drawbacks but maybe you could say that you discard your whole hand to do the first part, maybe take out the last bit but i like the image, its name suits the image. "destroy all monsters" is one tiny thing Overall, 8/

Very nice card though. The only think I think is wrong with it is that you forgot image credit.

Mr. Judgment Dragon
A balanced Raigeki with legs that also turns all cards in your hand into Sakuretsu Armor? Um. Maybe I guess. It does have to be destroyed by Battle after all to activate. That I guess is a cost in itself. Eh. It's a pretty good card.
Tabris
You can view this card as a Colossal Fighter. And, as we know... ... Colossal Fighter is... 9/

╬「Selatcia」╬
Maybe increase the discard cost and add a drawback to the revival effect. Pretty much what Phantasy said... Maybe add a level as well. I'm loving the pic though. ^_^ 8/
