did you ever watch that episode of GX where Jaden fights that one guy who ran a mill deck, and how at the end, he attack so many times?

 

well, that is kind of the deal here.

I attack with dark grepher!

and now I use use urgent tuning to synchro summon Goyo and Attack you again!"

You want to Synchro Summon a monster that requires the usual Material monster plus a card that isn't even chainable and you want to activate it during your turn, meaning it does absolutely nothing until your own Battle Phase during your next turn?

You want to Synchro Summon a monster that requires the usual Material monster plus a card that isn't even chainable and you want to activate it during your turn, meaning it does absolutely nothing until your own Battle Phase during your next turn?

 

Right...

no, I could do something on the turn I set it, and it may not be the very next turn I activate it. it also would be a wasted shot if something was used to kill it, since I lose nothing but a card if it dies before I use it.

 

decoy cards like this can be used to help protect other cards you have that you want to keep, while at the same time giving you a chance to completely disrupt their attack.

 

what monster in the battle phase can run Goyo or colossal over without a boost? not that many.

 

and if your going to lose the monsters by attack anyway, might as well use this to make them worth losing.

 

 

note what I said in the first post of mine: this card is not useful in this meta at the moment. I am not saying it should be mained, but it can change the entire flow of the game.

I like it. Attack with the Material Monsters first' date=' then use it to Synchro Summon a 2000+ ATK beatstick and attack again. Not bad at all. I'd run atleast 1. Maybe 2.

Yes, because your opponent will do ABSOLUTLY NOTHING during their Main Phase 1, right? Right?

This is not a "decoy" card. It doesn't even protect your monsters, since you are the one that needs to kill your own monsters in order to Synchro Summon a monster.

Yeah' date=' because everybody places their Rose, Warrior of Revenge in face-up attack position without using it immediatly for a Synchro Summon. It's a pro move.

 

If your opponent's controls a weak tuner monster and another monster, you immediatly know that something is wrong. Nobody leaves their tuner monster opponent so widely for an attack so easily(except Krebons for stall and Psychic Commander that has the ability to make a monster weaker in stats). Nobody is running blindly into an obvious trap like that.

Sakuretsu Armor. Atleast that card kills your opponent's attacking monster and saves your own monsters.

 

And if sakuretsu armor outclasses a card, you know it's terrible.

Even outside the meta, this card is bad. You need to build up a set-up to make this card remotly usefull, while you can simply Synchro Summon immediatly during your Main Phase 1/2, and pray that your opponent is stupid enough to fall for. And if you want to activate it on your own turn, you need to wait 1 turn longer before you can even activate it and that you hope that your opponent doesn't control any monster in order to deal massive damage.

Well, considerd that this guy is not only a -2, it also causes a horrible dead draw when you draw this card atleast middle in the duel.

 

And nobody likes dead draws, do they?
