She likes level 3 monster especially injection fairy lily anyway

i dedicate this card to Chloe my GF and myself

you should be able to read the effect if you cannot just tell me and will post it soon

 

[spoiler=Effect of Chloe]1 Tuner monster + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters.

When a Level 3 or lower monster is Special Summoned, you can pay 1000 Life points to Special Summon that monster to your side of the field. When a Level 3 or lower monster is destroyed, gain 500 Life points. For Each Level 3 or lower monster you control, this card gains 100 ATK.

 

[spoiler=Effect of Eric]1 Tuner monster + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters.

When a Level 5-7 monster is Summoned, this card gains 200 ATK. Once per turn you can pay 500 Life points, to Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower monster in your Graveyard. When this card is destroyed and "Chloe, Angel of Light" is on the field, during the end phase Special Summon this card to your side of the field.

other than that it seems op'ed if i'm reading it right. do you mean that you can pay a thousand to take an opponent's level 3 or lower monster when its s summoned?
