It's got a picture of a [b']tiger that makes wooden mannequins explode.[/b] That is obscenely graphic, what kind of children's card game would have such a senseless picture? And the effect is broken. Any monster that attacks, no matter how powerful it is or what it's capable of doing just falls into the Graveyard because this card suddenly flipped over and put it in its place. No effort at all. No Life Point payment, no discard, no tributing 1 Dark Magician when the effect of Time Wizard is called correctly, nothing. This card is WAY too easy to play.
