Nice idea. But yeah, a little overpowered for a lvl 6.

 

Might I suggest either increasing the lvl and making it a "specific tuner" . Perhaps orichalcos tuner monster

 

OR

 

making it so that it can only absorb the ATK of one monster at a time. Somewhat like a synchro version of Relinquished.
