OK, i haven't done a realistic card in a while, so i thought on doing one.

I Decided to make a powerful WATER monster, due to not one of them being Level 10

So Enjoy

 

Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 3 WATER monsters. If "A Legendary Ocean" is not on the field, destroy this card. This card gains 500 ATK for each WATER monster on the field and in the graveyard. By paying 1000 Life Points, send all cards in both players hands and on the field to the graveyard. When this card is destroyed by this cards effect, you can remove 1 WATER monster from play from your graveyard to Special Summon this card during your Main Phase

 

Its not my best card, but oh well... plz rate :D

Uh, the effect that sends all cards in your hand and on the field to the graveyard, is it supposed to effect that card, because it doesn't say anywhere that it doesn't effect this card.
