When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. If a face-up Toon Monster is on your opponent's side of the field, your must select the Toon Monster as an attack target. [spoiler= Toon Fairy Lily]Effect:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned while "Toon World" is on your side the field. You can Special Summon this monster from your hand. This effect can be activated only during the Damage Step of either player's turn. Pay 2000 Life Points to increase the ATK of this monster by 4000 points only during the Damage Step. Unless you pay 800 Life Points, this monster cannot attack. When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. If a face-up Toon Monster is on your opponent's side of the field, your must select the Toon Monster as an attack target. [spoiler= Red Eyes]effect:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. By paying 1000 Life Points, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the original ATK of this card. When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If a face-up Toon Monster is on your opponent's side of the field, your must select the Toon Monster as an attack target. This card can only be Fusion Summoned while "Toon World" is on your side the field. Unless you pay 500 Life Points, this monster cannot attack. When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. legendhiro Posted February 18, 2009 Report Share Posted February 18, 2009 you did a good job, but they have all been done before on this site in one for or another. either way the choices of decent toon monsters is limited, so any good toons deserve at least an 8/10, and you didn't screw them up, so 9/10.i take that back. i don't think i've seen a toon red-eyes ult.
