There are some things that are pretty far off (e.g. "Sacrifice the equipped monster and this card to Special Summon 1 "XANA's Avatar - William" in face up ATK Position," which should be, "Tribute the equipped monster to Special Summon 1 "XANA's Avatar - William" from your hand/deck/Graveyard in face up attack position.") Overall, they're pretty well made cards, especially for somebody new. You should look at the OCG Thread and review your cards to make corrections. If you fix up the OCG, 8.5/10.
