Alright, thanks for these comments. But. DeMeNTeD, if you're not allowed to pick a card, and you want it randomly selected, how would I say it ???

Here's some OCG! =)

 

This card cannot be Special Summoned from your Graveyard or your hand. When this card is Special Summoned from your Deck by the effect of Spell Card, randomly select 1 monster your opponent controls. Remove from play the selected card. [Once per turn? List how many times are you forced to do this as it appears to not be optional.] select 1 Machine-Type card in your hand. The selected card is revealed in your hand to your opponent during your next Standby Phase. Each time a Machine-Type monster is revealed in your hand to your opponent, remove from play 1 card you control. Once per every 2 turns during your opponent's Main Phase 1, you can have your opponent randomly discard 1 Spell Card.

 

-Randomly is correct, as shown on Champion Pack Spirit Reaper.

 

-Cards have to be "revealed in your hand", (as shown by Golden Ladybug) not just "revealed".

 

-I'd buff this card's ATK to about 2400 or so, seems underpowered.
