Dart Dragon | *3 | DARK
[Dragon/Effect]
When this card is Summoned, you can send 1 Dragon-Type monster from your Deck to your Graveyard. If this card you control is destroyed and sent to the Graveayrd, you can discard 1 card and add 1 Level 7 or higher Dragon-Type monster from your Graveyard to your hand.
ATK/1200 DEF/600

Dumps needed Totem Dragon or Red-Eyes Wyvern. Because of its Level and ATK, searchable by Dread Dragon and Masked Dragon. Also, with this and Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon, you have enough targets to run Allure of Darkness. Last effect recovers Light and Darkness Dragon or Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon, and in some builds, Yamata Dragon.

Balaur Oppressor | *4 | WIND
[Dragon/Effect]
You can send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard to remove this card from your Graveyard from play and declare 1 Attribute. If you do, neither player can Special Summon a monster with the declared Attribute, until the start of your next turn.
ATK/1500 DEF/500

Alternative for Koa'ki Meiru Dragon. While Koa'ki Meiru Dragon shuts half of your Deck and isn't assured to block your opponent, this is a better alternative to play. Can be easiy dumped by Future Fusion, Foolish Burial or Dart Dragon. If your opponent plays a non-LIGHT/DARK deck, this card can really oppress (ucwutididthar?) them. Sure, it doesn't provide 1900 beatstick like Koa'ki Meiru Dragon, but still...

Burrying Dragon | *4 | EARTH
[Dragon/Effect]
When this card is Normal Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 Dragon-Type Tuner Monster from your Graveyard. Then, you can increase its Level by 1.
ATK/1400 DEF/1500

Debris for Disaster. Makes instant Level 6 or 7 Synchros. It's better than Debris here, as it has more targets and doesn't have restrictions, so if you get other Level 4 to the field, you can instantly go into Stardust or something. I made it work only for Normal Summoned, because with Special Summon it can be far more broken...

Drak Flamexplo | *2 | FIRE
[Dragon/Tuner]
If this card is destroyed by battle, destroy 1 card on the field. Once per turn, if this card is used as a Synchro Material Monster for a Synchro Summon of a Dragon-Type monster, draw 1 card.
ATK/500 DEF/300

So, I heard that Exploder Dragon is good, so I made improved version. It's searchable by Dread Dragon or Masked Dragon and isn't afraid of anything. It's more versalite than Exploder Dragon, as it can destroy any card, not only the monster it battled. Obviously, a target for Burrying Dragon. Last effect is just an addition to make the Deck a bit better.

Herald Dragon | *3 | LIGHT
[Dragon/Effect]
When this card is Summoned, you can send it to the Graveyard and remove from play 1 Dragon-Type monster from your Graveyard. During your next turn, you can discard 1 card to Special Summon the removed monster.
ATK/1200 DEF/1000

Turns anything into eseentially a Monster Reborn. Though it's -1 in total. I made him so that you can recover most 1-use cards, like Dread Dragon or something without usind up REDRUM. It can't obviously revive Light and Darkness Dragon, but that's why it's balanced. But I think I should make it work only on Normal Summons.

Epsilon Flyer | *1 | WIND
[Dragon/Tuner]
When a Dragon-Type monster you control is destroyed by battle, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. You can decrease the Level of 1 monster on the field by 1. Then, you can increase this card's Level by 1. Also, once per turn, you can increase this card's Level by 1.
ATK/500 DEF/0

Kind of alternative for Delta Flyer. It can serve as protection for 1 attack in addition. You can easily make its Level high enough for good Synchro. And it makes Trident with REDRUM. Last effect is there just for free Level modification, for lulz. And honestly? I made it only to get that 20th custom card.

Dragon Release Jar
Continuous Spell Card
During each of your End Phases, Tribute 1 Dragon-Type monster or destroy this card. Once per turn, you can activate 1 of the following effects. If you activate either of them, you cannot Special Summon this turn:
•Pick up the top 3 cards of your Deck. Select 1 Dragon-Type monsters among them and add it to your hand. Shuffle the rest into your Deck.
•Shuffle 3 Dragon-Type monsters from your Graveyard to your Deck and draw 1 card.

I made is as a replacement for Pot of Duality. First effect allows you to grab any of top Dragons, which will be helpful in most cases. No Special Summon doesn't hurt much, as you can stack multiple copies, and surviving 1 turn without Special Summoning isn't hard. Last effect was made as a little Pot of Avarice, mostly to recover destroyed Masked Dragons.

Dragon Gem
Normal Spell Card
Discard 1 Dragon-Type monster. Draw 2 cards. You cannot Special Summon this turn. You can activate only 1 "Dragon Gem" per turn.

So, it's like Destiny Draw for Dragons. I made it a bit less restricitve in discard than Treasure of Heaven, but I added one-per-turn clause, so you can't get ridiculous speed. It also prevents Special Summoning for turn, so I think it's balanced. Or maybe add the no Battle Phase gimmick?

Book of Dragon Sealing
Quick-Play Spell Card
Select 1 Dragon-Type monster you control and 2 face-up monsters your opponent controls. Flip the selected monsters to face-down Defense Position. Battle Postions of the selected monsters cannot be changed until the end of this turn.

Double Book of Moon. Honestly, I made it for sole purpose of getting those +3 cards to needed 20 customs. But it's still a pretty good card, with all those swarming it won't be hard to get enough monsters to not get hurt. The last clause it there to prevent re-flipping your Book'd monster. Without that, it essentially would be double Book of Moon.

Disaster Dragon | *7 | WIND
[Dragon/Synchro/Effect]
1 Dragon-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Dragon-Type monsters
During your opponent's turn, you can discard Monster Card and remove this card from play. Negate 1 attack from your opponent's monsters this turn. If you do, Special Summon this card during your next Standby Phase. Once per turn, you can discard 1 Monster Card and add Dragon-Type monster from your Graveyard to your hand. You cannot Summon or Set it this turn. Activation and effects of this card's effects cannot be negated.
ATK/2700 DEF/1300

Disaster Dragon card for decktype with the same name. :) Anyway, first effect is to rescue you from "disaster" like powerful attack. Then it just returns. Last effect is for recovery of Light and Darkness Dragon and other stuff. Lst clause prevents its negation by LaDD. And it runs over Stardust :3

Guardian Dragon Balaur | *6 | WIND
[Dragon/Synchro/Effect]
1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Dragon-Type monsters
When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can change all monsters on the field to face-up Attack Position. Flip Effects are not activated at that time. Once per turn, you can discard 1 card to halve the ATK of 1 monster your opponent control until the End Phase. Then, increase the ATK of 1 Level 7 or lower Dragon-Type monster, except this card by the halved amount, until the End Phase.
ATK/2200 DEF/2000

First of all, gets rid of Ryko, Hamster and other flips. The second effect is a reusable Riryoku for Dragons. I made the <7 restriction, because it would've been ridiculous with REDRUM or LaDD, as they're so easy to get out. But I still have a feeling that it's out of balance...

Normal Summon Redrum, dawg. Then recover Redrum/L&DD. That's too pro dawg.

The second one is a bit meh. I don't like it all that much, and not just because it hurts my poor little Ratbox. <Insert tear>

Ouch It is kinda a nono here...The fact that is continous and that can activate both effects IDK is iffy (it ends up being a Pot of Greed of sorts)

Obviously, more to come later

Yes I did :3 Ok, I'll change the DEF and make the last effect once per turn

Make it only 1 effect per turn?

You asked me to comment, so here I am.
OCG is all to me, congratz on that.

Well, they seem balanced, they are all based in rfp dragons as costs. They do ensure a draw engine and this kinda worries me.
What you are really trying to do is don't Special Summon monsters. But many of your cards rely on Special Summoning themselves. Confusing.

I say this is a 9/10.
But please don't take this seriously, I lose my judge senses in written cards.

Dart Dragon
The card is quite usable for the reasons you have listed underneath, with the only problem being, balance is lacking. It's only real drawback is a discard to add a Level 7 or higher to your hand, making it quite a good card to run in multiples. On the other hand, I'm not too familiar with Dragon-Based Decks. Perhaps make it a tad less searchable? But then again, it doesn't seem to overpowering to be hit by the Ban List in any sort of way. Otherwise, it's a pretty good card.

Balaur Oppressor
Really nice card, pretty balanced, and has potential for a decent Side Deck / Fun Deck overall. It's somewhat of a monster version of Royal Oppression, but slightly better, seeing you have control on what Attribute may be said. Running this in multiples could be a threat (even though would most likely be unneeded), having the potential to shut down three out of the six Attributes from swarming, but then again, majority of Decks don't run no more then three, or more specifically, swarm with all three.

More to come after school.

Dart is perfectly fine. You know Armageddon Knight? It has the same effect, but has wider range of targets and is as searchable as this

But still, Balaur is far better than KM Drago, as Drago could shut down only LIGHT/DARK decks (lol@mentoning Chaos while talking to Anbu :D) but this card everything. But as some people mentioned, multi-Attribute decks aren't afraid of it
