Overall, good Anti-Meta piece with its Special Summon lock-down. I can also see you made it easy to Summon with it being treated as a Level 3 EARTH monster, but I have my worries. 9/10

I saw no OCG errors, but I fin that paying 1900 Life Points for a Dimensional Prison effect to be UP'd. 9/10

 

The Field Spell has no worries for me. 10/10

According to what im saying before.

 

1900 and 1700 make these card ridiculous and yeah it can be Max 1000 damage is still balanced yet playable

 

But make limitation to the second Monster , only twice or three times per duel IMO.

Quite interesting. Using the Neo aspect from the Elemental HEROs. You used Old OCG though. 9/10

Making Rituals easier to use. I like how it becomes a Field Spell. Anti-LIGHT also gives some flavor. 9/10

Thank you, Striker.

Max has been doing the OCG fixes, but thank you for the newer versions.

I choose to do Neo for a spice in the name, also with it mean 'new'. I am working on that part of the set soon.

Since I am more in love with DARK monsters, I thought it would make more sense to do the anti-Light idea.

I wanted to try something different with Exceeds that gave chance to a player that could be negative or positive.

Kind of.

The name of the set is "Time of Defense", I was planning on using the later monsters to be able to be able to defend the field/Life Points, by returning monsters back to the Deck when they are banished. My first focus with these is to banish monsters though.
