Trebuchet MS
"Special Summon this card is also treated as an Effect Monster (Spellcaster-Type/EARTH/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0). (This card is also still a Spell Card.) It cannot attack nor be targeted for attacks. Once per turn, during either player's turn, if you would Place a "Prime Material" counter on this card instead of paying the discard cost send a card from your hand to the Graveyard for the effect of a "Prime Material" monster, you can place 1 Prime Material Counter on this card instead. You may can remove any number of "Prime Material" tokens Counters from this card to add target 1 "Prime Material" monster from in your Graveyard to your hand whose level is equal to the number of tokens Prime Material Counters removed; Special Summon that target, and if you do, add a "Prime Material" monster to your hand via this card's effect: destroy this card." So, a Spell Monster that combines parallel effects of Citadel Endymion and Magical Exemplar. Do note that the Prime Material monsters so far send cards from your hand to the Graveyard (not discard) to activate their effects - this prevents silly exploitations with Fabled monsters. Also, counters are things placed on cards, while tokens are temporary monsters Special Summoned by card effects. Know the difference.
Guest Imperiused
Ah, thanks again Gadjiltron. I definitely meant counter, rather than token. Anyway, I've updated all the other Prime Material cards with your suggestions, and will be posting a new one shortly.
