Void-Eyes Black Hole Dragon

DARK - Level 8 - Dragon/Effect - 3000/2500

When this monster is Special Summoned successfully, place 1 Gravity Counter on all face-up monsters your opponent controls. During each of your End Phases, place 1 Gravity Counter on all face-up monsters your opponent controls. Lower the ATK and DEF of a monster by 100 times its Level or Rank for every Gravity Counter on it. When this card leaves the field (except Tributed for the effect of Roche Limit Ritual), remove all Gravity Counters from the field and select one of the following effects:

-Inflict 200 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points for every Gravity Counter removed.

-Increase your Life Points by 300 for every Gravity Counter removed.

 

Endless Void-Eyes Black Hole Dragon

DARK - Level 9 - Dragon/Ritual/Effect - 4000/3000

This monster cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This monster can only be Ritual Summoned by the effect of "Roche Limit Ritual", and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. If "Void-Eyes Black Hole Dragon" was used as Ritual Tribute to Summon this monster, place 2 Gravity Counters on all face-up monsters your opponent controls. During each of your End Phases, place 1 Gravity Counter on all face-up monsters your opponent controls, and destroy all Set monsters on the field. Lower the ATK and DEF of a monster by 100 times its Level or Rank for every Gravity Counter on it. If any monster has 3 or more Gravity Counters on it, its effect is negated. When this card leaves the field, remove all Gravity Counters from the field and select one of the following effects:

-Inflict 300 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points for every Gravity Counter removed.

-Increase your Life Points by 500 for every Gravity Counter removed.

You can Tribute this monster you control to Special Summon 1 Level 7 or higher DARK Dragon-Type monster from your hand. If this monster is in your Graveyard during your Standby Phase, you can activate 1 of the following effects:

Special Summon any "Black Hole" monster from your Graveyard, except this monster.

Place 1 Gravity Counter on the monster your opponent controls with the highest ATK.

 

Black Hole Core

If this monster enters the Graveyard, add 1 "Black Hole" monster from your Deck to your hand. If this monster is in your Graveyard during your Standby Phase, you can place it on top of your Deck. If this monster is face-up during your Standby Phase, place 1 Gravity Counter on a random monster your opponent controls.

 

Black Hole Ryu

Pendulum Effect: As long as this card is face-up on the field, you can only Pendulum Summon "Void-Eyes" and "Black Hole" monsters. When you Pendulum Summon one or more "Black Hole" monsters, place 1 Gravity Counter on all face-up monsters of equal or greater Level than the highest-Level monster you Pendulum Summoned this turn.

Monster Effect: If this monster battles a monster with 1 or more Gravity Counters on it, can add 1 "Black Hole" monster from your Graveyard to your hand.

 

Black Hole Drake

Pendulum Effect: As long as this card is face-up on the field, you can only Pendulum Summon "Void-Eyes" and "Black Hole" monsters (This effect cannot be negated). If a "Black Hole" monster you control would be banished, you can send it to your Extra Deck instead.

Monster Effect: When this monster battles, place 1 Gravity Counter on a random monster your opponent controls.

If this monster you control is destroyed by your opponent's card (by battle or card effect), you can Special Summon "Void-Eyes Black Hole Dragon" from your hand or Deck.

Pendulum Effect: As long as this card is face-up on the field, you can only Pendulum Summon "Void-Eyes" and "Black Hole" monsters (this effect cannot be negated). Up to thrice per turn: if a "Void-Eyes" or "Black Hole" monster is targeted by your opponent's card effect, you can return that monster to your hand and Special Summon 1 "Void-Eyes" monster of a different name from your hand.

Monster Effect: When your opponent Special Summons a monster, place 1 Gravity Counter on it: you must control at least 3 "Void-Eyes" monsters to resolve this effect.

 

Void-Eyes Dame

DARK - Level 7 - Warrior/Pendulum/Effect - 2600/2000 - Scale 9

Pendulum Effect: As long as this card is face-up on the field, you can only Pendulum Summon "Void-Eyes" and "Black Hole" monsters (this effect cannot be negated). When you Special Summon a "Void-Eyes" monster, place 1 Gravity Counter on a random face-up monster your opponent controls.

Monster Effect: Increase this monster's ATK by 100 times the number of Gravity Counters on the field. You can remove 3 Gravity Counters from any monster on the field: this monster inflicts piercing Battle Damage until the End Phase of this turn.

 

Void-Eyes Invocator

Twice per turn, if this monster is attacked, you can negate the attack and change this monster's Battle Position to select and activate one of the following effects:

Black Hole Dracena

DARK - Level 4 - Dragon/Effect - 2200/0

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. During your Battle Phase, place 1 Gravity Counter on all face-up monsters your opponent controls with equal or greater ATK to this monster. Once per turn, if this monster is the only monster you control, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Black Hole" monster from your hand or Graveyard.

 

Black Hole Hatchling

DARK - Level 3 - Dragon/Effect - 600/1200

When either player activates a Spell Card, place 1 Gravity Counter on all face-up monsters your opponent controls. If this monster is destroyed by card effect, you can add 1 "Black Hole" monster from your Deck to your hand.

 

Void-Eyes Knight

DARK - Level 5 - Warrior/Effect - 2100/1800

If you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this monster from your hand. If all monsters your opponent controls have at least 1 Gravity Counter on them, this monster can attack twice during your Battle Phase.

 

Void-Eyes Samurai

DARK - Level 5 - Warrior/Effect - 1800/2100

If all monsters you control are "Void-Eyes" or "Black Hole" monsters, you can Special Summon this monster from your hand. If a monster with 1 or more Gravity Counters declares an attack, you can change this monster's Battle Position to negate the attack: you can only activate this effect up to twice per turn.

 

Void-Eyes Absorption Dragon

DARK - Level 10 - Dragon/Effect - 3000/2500

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 1 "Void-Eyes" Fusion monster you control. When this monster is Special Summoned successfully, place 1 Gravity Counter on all face-up monsters your opponent controls. This monster gains 400 ATK and DEF for every "Void-Eyes" and "Black Hole" monster on the field and in the Graveyard. If a card effect targets this monster: you can negate that effect, and if you do, increase this monster's ATK by 100 times the number of Gravity Counters on the field until the End Phase of this turn.

 

Infinite Void-Eyes Black Hole Dragon

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned by Tributing a face-up "Endless Void-Eyes Black Hole Dragon" you control, and cannot be Summoned by other ways. When this monster is Special Summoned Summoned successfully, place 2 Gravity Counters on all face-up monsters your opponent controls. Increase this monster's ATK and DEF by 300 times the number of Gravity Counters on the field. During each of your End Phases, place 1 Gravity Counter on all face-up monsters your opponent controls.

This monster's original ATK is treated as 900 times the number of Gravity Counters on the field. This monster can declare as many attacks as there are face-up "Void-Eyes" monsters in your Extra Deck. If this monster would destroy your opponent's monster by battle, you can negate the destruction (damage calculation is conducted normally): if you activate this effect, place 1 Gravity Counter on that monster after damage calculation. This deck, although has some great ideas, is awfully overpowered. "Void-eyes black hole dragon itself has the ability to lower any level 8 monster's attack by 1600 after 1 turn while on the field, and it has 3000 atk. This is also the same for "Endless Void-Eyes Black hole dragon". It has 4000 atk, which is also extremely high as it is, and after 1 turn has the capability of lowering lvl 8 monsters by 2400 in one turn. I personally love the effect of lowering opponents attack and defence, so I wouldn't want that to change. Instead, i would suggest lowering the attack of your monsters dramatically (less than 2000 for the monsters who lower the attack using gravity counters). Another possibility you may be open to is a design where the high powered monsters stay in defence and keep placing counters, where as your low powered monsters, such as void eyes knight or samurai do the damage.

 

Another thing I've noticed with the main deck is that a few monsters have unrestricted abikities. Considering the idea of the deck is to place as many counters on opponents monsters as possible, void eyes samurai is way too overpowered. Rather than being able to negate practically every attack from your opponent, perhaps you could limit it to "this card cannot be destroyed by battle by a monster with a gravity counter on it". Also, the idea of Black Hole Wyvern is good, however again is too unrestrictive. You specified that while it is in the graveyard, you can Special Summon any Black Hole monster from you graveyard once per turn, or placing a counter on any monster. There has to be some sort of cost to make this realistic. If you want to keep it as an endless effect from the graveyard, possible ideas could be banishing a "void eyes" monster in order to summon a black hole monster you control, taking the summoned monsters attack as effect damage. Or you could make it a once while it's in the graveyard, and you have to banish it to activate it's effect, or simply make it 'if this card is sent to the graveyard, you can activate one of the following effects ....' That way you could still use its effect if you use wyvern for a summon from the extra deck, such as void eyes negative dragon.

 

I have 2 main concerns with the extra deck you've created. The first one is too many, keep in mind that if you were to play with this deck you only get 15 extra deck cards, and you have 16 differently named monsters. However, my main concern is, similar to the extra, the attack boosts are simply too outrageous. Even the rank 4, void eyes negative dragon. If your opponent has 3 monsters when you summon this, and you detach an xyz, it's attack gets lifted to 4000. And that's only with 3 gravity counters. Considering that the deck seems to be looking at 3 or 4 at least for monsters, that's quite easily a 6500 atk boost (13 counters x500). That's 9000 atk. I'm not going to go through all 16, but the common theme here is simply dial down the attack and attack boosts, they're way too strong. Also, wide stance should be a once per turn effect, at the moment you've accidentally made it so that it can attack every monster your opponent controls, so long as it destroys them.

 

I think that's enough from me. I think this deck has a nice idea and theme to it and I would love to see this finished as a realistic, working deck. Good luck and keep updating. :)

Although i agree KingCapsicum right now, i can honestly see Konami making a deck like this, maybe not soon, in the distant future. Perhaps 2 years from now or even 5 years from now, the power creep increasing so fast now-a-days that this deck in a few years may jot even be good enough in top tier. But thats just how it goes in Konami logic... I do like the idea of the deck as a whole and i think we need more fun decks in the game and this certainly is one.
