If this card would be sent from the field to the graveyard, you can activate it in your pendulum zone instead.

If your opponent activates a card effect while you have "War Hawk" pendulum monsters in both of your pendulum zones: Negate the effect, and if the card is a monster, change it to face-down defense position. It may not be flipped face-up until your next turn. If not, destroy it.

Makes me think of a Pendulum version of Raidraptors, with a bit of Kozmo thrown in. I'm mostly happy with the monsters, but here's the problems I find.

 

Mohawk: Needs to target to destroy S/T, considering the amount of them it can pop. Or, at the very least, make it HAVE to pop that exact amount.

 

Buffalo: Feel the discarding effect needs to be less Generic. I mean, that magician which does the same requires a Pendulum monster.

Apache: Either needs hard OPT on the discard->summon effect or less genericness. I see some problems if you have 3 out.

 

Titan: Effect seems fine, just thought lowering the original attack might be nice, (*cough cough* infinity *cough cough*)

 

Valkyrie: Pendulum effect also needs less genericness. I'm getting the feeling for all the Xyzs that they need a Tiras limitation on some of its effects.

 

Blackbird: Pendulum effect can be buffed a little, methinks. Perhaps also prevent Spell activation? Also, requirement to target face-up cards with its detach effect?

 

Neptune: You've got two "hand" in the Pendulum Effect. Do you mean Destroy by battle in monster effect?

 

Warfare: Summon effect should only Summon from the Graveyard, if the monster is returned to the hand or banished.

 

Surprise Attack: Doesn't need less genericness.

 

Nice take on the Archetype, ghost. I like the rest of it!
