Cultic Mafia archetype [Written] [AGM]

An AGM creation

 

 


 


Archetype of DARK Warrior-Type monsters with FLIP effects and a Normal Summon effect that reveals a card in your opponent's hand. Their Spell/Trap Cards focus on Summoning them and declaring card names in your opponent's hand, and discarding, banishing, shuffling back into the Deck, ect. Plus, each card has an additional effect that is activated by paying Life Points or increasing your opponent's (bribery much?). Their Extra Deck monsters are unaffected by your opponent's Trap effects.

 

 

 

 

 

[spoiler=Spells And Traps]Arms Race
Continuous Spell 
Draw card(s) equal to the difference between the number of monsters on your opponent's side of the field and Cultic Mafia monsters on your side of the field.
Once per turn, you can pay 1000 LP, declare a card name. Your opponent must reveal their hand. If that card is in your opponent's hand, send it to their deck. 
 
Covert Operations

Trap
When your opponent's monster declares an attack, your opponent must reveal one card in their hand to you, if it is not a monster of the same level as the monster that declared an attack, shuffle both monsters into your opponent's deck.
You may activate this effect: Your opponent gains 1000 LP, Special Summon a "Cultic Mafia" monster from the deck in face down position.
 
God's Protection
Continuous Trap
If a "Cultic Mafia" monster you control is targeted by an opponent's card effect, banish a monster from your graveyard, negate that card's effect and destroy it. 
 
Grave Robbery
Quick play spell

Return three "Cultic Mafia" monsters from the graveyard to the Deck; Draw one card.
You may activate this effect: Your opponent gains 1000 LP, discard one "Cultic Mafia" monster, and if you do, draw a card; if that card is a "Cultic Mafia" monster, you may Special Summon it in defense position.
 
Sacrificial Altar
Field Spell

Once per turn, during either player's turn, you can Flip Summon a Monster on the field. If it is not a "Cultic Mafia" monster, its flip effects are not activated.
If a card is revealed by the effect of an "Cultic Mafia" monster; you can pay 500 LP, send that card to the graveyard. 
 
Summoning Reinforcements
Spell Card

Reveal your hand to your opponent; you may conduct additional Normal Summon(s) for each "Cultic Mafia" monster revealed.
Pay 1000 LP; Declare an attribute. Your opponent must reveal their hand. If a monster with the declared attribute is in their hand, banish it, and Flip summon all monsters on your side of the field. 
 
The Devil's Bargain
Spell Card
 
Banish two "Cultic Mafia" monsters in your graveyard; Special Summon one XYZ monster, and attach this card as XYZ material to that monster.
Pay 1000 LP; target one monster on your opponent's side of the field, attach it as XYZ material to this card. 
 
Convergence of the Faithful

This card can be used to Ritual Summon The Almighty One from your hand, deck or graveyard. You must banish one Priest of the Angry One, one Priest of the Defensive One, one Priest of the All Knowing One, and one Priest of the Hateful one from the field or graveyard. 
You may activate this effect: your opponent gains 1000 LP, this Ritual Summon cannot be negated, and effects cannot be activated in response to the Ritual Summon of The Almighty One.

Level 2
Warrior/ Flip
Flip: Draw two cards. If one of those cards is a "Cultic Mafia" monster, special summon it in face down defense position.
When this card is Normal Summoned, your opponent must reveal a spell card from their hand. If they have no spell cards in their hand, add a spell card from your Deck to your hand

Cultic Mafia - Corrupt Official

Warrior/ Flip
Flip: You may equip this card to a monster your opponent controls. That monster's effect becomes, "If this monster leaves the field, the controller must reveal the top two cards of their deck, then sends them to the graveyard."
When this card is normal summoned, your opponent must reveal a trap card from their hand. If they have no trap cards in their hand, you may destroy up to two spell or trap cards on the field

Warrior
When a "Cultic Mafia" monster is Normal Summoned to your side of the field and its effect Resolves; Special Summon this monster to your side of the field. When this card is Summoned, target a face up monster on the field, this cards level is the same as the targeted monster

Cultic Mafia - Foot Soldier
Level 3
Warrior/ Flip
Flip: You may destroy a monster on the field and return this card to your hand, and if you do, special summon a "Cultic Mafia" monster with a different name from your hand in face down defense position.
When this card is Normal Summoned, target a card in your opponent's hand. Declare one: Monster, spell or trap. If you declare correctly, add the targeted card to your hand.

Warrior/Flip
Flip: You may banish a monster your opponent controls.
If this card is Normal Summoned, your opponent must reveal a monster in their hand. If they have no monsters in their hand, inflict 1000 damage
 
Priest of the All Knowing One
Rank 3
XYZ/ Warrior
2 Level 3 Cultic Mafia monsters
While this card has XYZ material attached to it, your opponent must reveal their hand to you at the start of their Main Phase.
Once per turn, you may detach an XYZ material to send one card in your opponent's hand to the bottom of the deck.

You may detach an XYZ material, the attack of this card becomes the attack of all "Cultic Mafia" monsters you control, and it inflicts piercing damage.

You may detach one XYZ material from this card; until the end phase of your turn, your opponent cannot activate any monster effects. While this card has XYZ material attached to it, your opponent cannot declare an attack.

Ritual /Warrior
This card can only be Summoned through the effect of Convergence of the Faithful. If this card is Ritual Summoned, your opponent must discard all cards in their hands (These cards do not activate their effects). While this card is face up on the field, negate any effect(s) that activate in the graveyard. This card is unaffected by your opponent's spell of traps.
