GarlandChaos
It's a bit of an odd case, honestly. It's kind of slow, but the innate protection and Monarch support really helps it, and oh my God is that second effect bonkers. Kind of a shame that it's vulnerable to stuff like Raigeki and Torrential Tribute, but I'm pretty sure one of the Monarch support cards helps with that. So it's not a huge issue. Granted I don't think either of us did, especially myself since I haven't played FFIV in, what, 2 years?
~ P O L A R I S ~
Awesome! Very Monarch-like with the stats and everything, and the "send" effect helps get around those pesky indestroyables that are so much the norm these days. Also a big fan of FFIV (also V, VI, and VII) - would love to see the other Fiends. :)
