Sartorius
For a start, obviously Gladiator Beasts are going to be right at the top, followed by some very strong Monarch Builds I've been seeing/testing. I've also seen a very strong Anti-meta Gadget build. What do you think will be with these 2 (or maybe 3) decks in the top tier?
Flame Dragon
Twilight and GBs will be the new decks to beat. Side from them Plants, Gadget, and Monarchs will also likely see a rise, but they will not be passing the top two.

The Dark One
Twilight is going to be the dominating force by far. Or, at least it would be if tournaments still existed. Glads can still tag into a Bestiari at any time, but one bottomless can wreck their day. They haven't been hit ridiculously hard, but they were hurt enough that I doubt they can fill the gap that Lightsworn left when it replaced TeleDAD. Still, I think they will do pretty well in the absence of TeleDAD. I could see the right Monarch build doing well. (Perhaps Oppression Monarchs. Despite what everone is saying about there being less Special Summons, lets face it. The top deck are LS and Glads, which are both VERY heavy Special Summoning decks.) I wonder who will be picking up coverage now that Metagame seems to be turning to... Huntik?

GenzoTheHarpist
Antimeta:Macro I lol'd. Maybe you shouldn't. It's a fairly decent counter-strategy to LS.
Mr. Judgment Dragon
For a start' date=' obviously Gladiator Beasts are going to be right at the top[/quote'] Not with Bestiari Limited. Lightsworn/Twilight have Chaos Sorcerer as well as 2 Judgment Dragons and Dark Armed Dragon. Lightsworn only lost 2 Plaguespreaders with the new changes and gained Chaos Sorcerer. I think the gain outweighed the loss. Gladiator Beasts will still not be an easy Deck to beat but it will not be top. Antimeta:Macro I lol'd. Maybe you shouldn't. It's a fairly decent counter-strategy to LS. Not if they draw Lyla. With Lyla at 3, Macro doesnt stand much of a chance. If that fails, there is always Imperial Iron Wall. LS can easily side that in. Bunter Dwayne
With Summon Priest/Samnite coming out, will everyone be dropping Prismas and Bestiaris in Glads?T1: LS/TwilightT2: Monarchs/GladsT3: Plants Fish Gadget
Mr. Judgment Dragon
With Summon Priest/Samnite coming out' date=' will everyone be dropping Prismas and Bestiaris in Glads?[/quote'] Well, Bestiari isnt the only thing Prisma can dump. It might end up just getting outclassed and leave.
Bunter Dwayne
Heh heh heh -- and then I'll be the one picking it out of the "previously used but now outclassed" folder for $2...Heh heh heh...

Hunter will stop the decktype LOLOLOLOL) At the beginning of the new format, GB's WILL dominate, maybe with a few Lightsworn builds and a ton of monarchs. Obviously as new packs are released, new/improved decktypes will emerge, but this is the meta for at least the first couple of months.

Sartorius
I foresee that burn will return. In any form. There WILL be burn. I can't say if it'll be tier 1 or not, but certainly a ton of Tier 2 burn builds will be played.
Guest setojim
y do people really think that GB will be top tier again. They lost 2 bestiaris due to the list. I think glad bastards have already died. they will be the best deck in tier 2 probably
CrabHelmet
Loss of 2 Bestiaris has exactly one effect: it makes Gladiator Beasts a bit more vulnerable to Bottomless and Crow. Aside from that, who cares about losing the extra Bestiari's? You only need one; it's searchable by every other card in its deck, and can be recycled from the Graveyard by another card that is searchable by every other card in its deck. Asif Mahmud
LightswornsBlackwingsStrong Monarch Build Seriously everyone forgot BW? Swarming, card destruction, can change attack DARK! etc etc. Seriously. G.B's died with limit of Bestiari cuz the whole point of that deck was to abuse GyzarusPlants died I swarmed one's @ss off with Lightsworn. By my second move all my monster zones were filled with one of the monsters being Tytannial. But of course he was a nub named ''Cobra''
