You can keep the ATK 2400, but make the DEF 2000. I don't know, this is your card, I have no say in it. But if you're going to use those high points,make this card a LV7 instead. Dark Dust Spirit has more balance since it can only destroy FACE-UP MONSTERS with its effect. This thing returns ANY 5 CARDS and has higher stats than DDS. I've been around ghosts a-long enough to know their quirks, even those of the newborns. It's a freakin' Spirit - without such cards like Izanagi or Spiritual Settle Machine (is that the name?), it'd be gone by the End Phase it is Normal Summoned! Not only that; the removal in question is only temporary! Chances are the opponent's only gonna reestablish his wiped-out field! ... and, yes, noahyel, deviate from the norm. Break the damn'd limits. It needs a cost like "Remove from play 2 Spirit monsters from your Graveyard and return up to 3 cards on the field to their owners hands".
