Points are more valuable than reps in my opinion.

 

They buy you amazing things from other members shops.

 

Reps are just another pretty little number that people can see.

It's Mr. Resetti, from the Animal Crossing series. He's a mole, I think. Whenever you reset your game without saving, next time you turn it on to play, he goes through an annoyingly long speech just to waste your time.

 

He also features as an annoying Assist Trophy in SSBB.

[spoiler=Lore]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by having exactly 3 Beast-Type or 3 Beast Warrior-Type monsters in your Graveyard. When this card is Summoned, return all face-up monsters on the field to the owner's hand , except Beast-Type monsters. Once per turn, you can pay 800 Life Points to add 1 Beast or Beast Warrior-Type monster from your Graveyard to your hand and inflict 500 damage to your opponent. Only once, if a face-up Spell or Trap Card(s) would be destroyed you can destroy this card instead.

This card can be Speical Summoned from your hand when a Level 7 or higher Spellcaster-Type monster you control is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard. When this card is Summoned this way, it gains 200 ATK x the Level of the destroyed monster. During your Standby Phase, you can reveal 1 face-down Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls.
