This is my Latest card. And I loved it. It was going to be one of those cards that gets made, but never posted, but it turned out too good to have such a fate.

Heath, the Ranger

If you control a face-up Spellcaster-Type monster, this card is also treated as Spellcaster-Type. When this card is Normal Summoned without a Tribute, you can draw 2 cards. Once per turn, you can discard 2 cards. If you do, This card can attack 1 other monster your opponent controls during your Battle Phase. During your Draw Phase, instead of drawing, you can look at up to 3 cards from your opponent's hand. If any of them are Trap Cards, send them to the Graveyard.

"If you control a face-up Spellcaster-Type monster, this card is also treated as a Spellcaster."

"When this card is Normal Summoned without a Tribute, you can draw 2 cards." - How is it able to be Normal Summoned without a Tribute?"

"If you do, this card can attack twice during the Battle Phase."

"During your Draw Phase, instead of drawing, you can look at up to 3 cards from your opponent's hand. If any of them are Trap Cards, send them to the Graveyard." - Too OP

Plus, a level 5 star monster with 2300 ATK with this kind of an effect?

Ledger... LEDGER...!

...

... sorry for the impassion'd outburst; The Will will now judge this pretender.

Eh... the only way I know how to get this to the field without Tributin' (at least to the immediate recollect) is through Mausoleum of the Emperor. Drawin' 2 cards, all well and good.

What concerns me, however, is its multi-attackin' requirement - you dispose of 2 cards, effectively limitin' its playability, especially considerin' that YGO already has multi-attackers that do not impose such paralyzin' restraints (though Machine Lord Ur's is even more dauntin'... but I digress).

The last two sentences doesn't especially concern me, for reasons I need not discuss.

Notice that I don't care about the art, even if it happens to be stupendous (and, in your case, it hardly is).

So... 6/10.

Did the image break? I don't see it.

edit: lol, it works as soon as I type this

edit2: You seem to have a good idea here. Its an interesting card. The only odd thing is, what is the point of making him into a spellcaster? Maybe I'm missing a combo here. If you don't need it you can drop that effect. I find the hand related effects balanced, you after all are using up 2 cards just to to attack twice and skipping your draw phase to look for trap cards that may already be set on the field. The ability to be versatile is whats good here.

HUNTER, PLEASE NOTE THAT WHATEVER I SAY ABOUT THIS CARD IS NOT JEALOUSY!

Everything about this card is good, but the pic kind of bothers me. If it would go down more going back to before you cropped it (if you did), I think the crop should be at the top of his head where the horns meet the top, maybe just a little overlapping.

EDIT: Maybe the elbow to the side, too.

Well as I read from previous posts, you don't want people boasting about OCG. But, I just want to say, there are some obvious ones and some subtle ones, but I won't mention them. The overall concept is pretty good.

I think i'm the only one who likes the pic, I think it's the best part. Maybe it's just me, but it seems like there's 3 different effects slammed into 1.

The name is okay, original I guess.

Still a great card maker, but, truthfully, i'm not very impressed, or satisfied.

7/10.

Well I could tell you some of the obvious ones....

If you control a face-up Spellcaster-Type monster, this card is also treated as Spellcaster-Type. When this card is Normal Summoned without a Tribute, you can draw 2 cards. Once per turn, you can discard 2 cards. If this effect is used, this card can attack 2 monster's your opponent controls during your Battle Phase. During your Draw Phase, instead of drawing, you can look at up to 3 cards from your opponent's hand. If any of them are Trap Cards, send them to the Graveyard.

The first sentence seems a little weird, a little incomplete. I'm not going to correct that because im not sure. But if I would. I would do this:

This card is treated as a Spellcaster-Type monster as long as another Spellcaster-Type monster remains face-up on the field.
