Mischief Makers

This was a FUN and BIZARRE game for the Nintendo 64 made by Enix and Treasure. A fun 2Dish game with an ending based on how many Gold Crystals you could find throughout the game. Sadly, this game isn't that well know - despite its hilarious antics and addicting gameplay. There really should be a remake of this - or at least a VC release on the Wii.

If anyone has played this game, discuss all the fun and challenges of it. 8)

Indeed. How can you go wrong with a stage that requires you to return a tricycle to the king or the boss fight against the wolf warrior and his giant robot that you have to fight while riding a cat?

Some stages were insanely short, though. Despite that, the game game was quite hilarious and the boss fights were, for the most part, unique.

Certainly. It was released for the Nintendo 64 in 1997. You play as the Ultra-Intergalactic-Cybot-G Marina Liteyears. You have the ability to grab objects/enemies and shake them for gems (which can heal you or give you money) or throw them - killing them and damaging anything in the way. The stages can get VERY wild, ranging from surviving a swarm of enemies to riding a tricycle to escape a monster to playing a game of dodgeball against a cat who claims to have been sent to destroy you - and everything in-between. It was one of the first and best 2D games for the Nintendo 64. The ending to the game depends on how many Gold Gems you find throughout the game - there is one in each stage and are 'usually' difficult to find and are out of the way. Also, there are MANY jokes and scenarios that will make you go WTF?

If you can find it, I would HIGHLY recommend getting it. Sadly, there has been no remake of it.

I found that to be the easiest part. What was hard for me was when you had to fire the fist and he decided to move RIGHT when you fired it off.

As for the other bosses, Merco and his robot were pretty hard. Taurus was mediocre (and what you had to do to beat the first form looked perverted). Lunar was just plain annoying...

Isn't that the game where the Professor screams "MARINA!" every so often. lol' date=' that game showed some nice effects for the N64.

Yup, this is it. This game DID have some amazing effects for its time - and it still does. It's so funny how Theo never learns. First you save him, then he tries something - which makes you throw him halway across the planet. Afterwards, he falls for the same stupid capture attempt and you have to save him YET AGAIN!!! xD
