Zack Blaze
The Theme is Spellcasters [spoiler=Card A] This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 3 DARK monsters in your Graveyard. While this card is Face-up on your field, your opponent cannot select another Spellcaster-Type monster you control as an attack target. When this card is destroyed by battle, your opponent must discard 3 random cards in their hand. You can discard this card from your hand to destroy 1 Spellcaster-Type monster your opponent controls and you take damage equal to half the ATK of the destroyed monster. [spoiler=Card B] This card can only be Summoned from your hand or Deck by removing from play 1 DARK Spellcaster-Type monster you control. Once per turn, you can skip your Battle Phase to take control of 1 unoccupied Monster Card Zone or Spell & Trap Card Zone on your opponent's field. If you do, place 1 Parylization Counter on the same Type of Card Zone on your field. You cannot Summon monsters in Monster Card Zones with Parilyzation Counters on them. Monsters in Monster Card Zones with Parylization Counters on them cannot attack or change Battle Positions and their effects are negated. You cannot Set or activate Spell or Trap Cards in Spell & Trap Card Zones with Parilyzation Counters on them. The effects of all face-up Spell and Trap Cards in Spell & Trap Card Zones with Parylization Counters on them are negated. If this card would be removed from the field by a card effect controlled by your opponent, you can return control of 1 Card Zone on your opponent's field to your opponent to negate the card effect controlled by your opponent and return it to the owner's hand. If this card is removed from the field, remove all Parilyzation Counters from the field and return control of all Card Zones on your opponent's field to your opponent. Guest Tiger
Card A - Minor OCG Errors, but they're still there, pic isn't as good. Card B - No OCG Errors, great pic, clearly better. Card B wins.
Catman25
Card A seems a bit underpowered, and card B, has a pretty creative effect. Both cards good, but B gets my vote.

Sander
T_T Once again, people vote for the more "creative" card. funking idiotic. Creative =/= playable. Card B's effect is WAY overcomplicated, hence who made the card. Card A is better.
