Don't ask, or your chances of becoming a mod or what you have in mind, will slip out of reach because your intellect is doubted, at level 4 you should be expected to know these things. What J-Max is.Mod's are people who have power over us, they can lock threads, and also sticky them, they have access to the Mod-CP and super mods can even give name changes. There.
