If this card were real it would be useful.

not really,currently in the TCG,your only good targets would be the metamorphosis ones,which are the ones with a decent effect

• The Last Warrior from Another Planet
  
• Cyber Blader (maybe)
  
• Dark Blade the Dragon Knight (straight from the wikia but it does however have a effect)
  
• Ryu Senshi
  
• Fiend Skull Dragon (it is the wiki after all...)
  
• Dark Balter the Terrible
  

those are the only targets you would probably think about summoning

 

also,don't make it say send a level 4 or lower fusion material monsters if you only have 1 monster being sent

and it is Extra Deck,not Fusion

I made edits in this card but you are forgetting about elemental heros like Wildegde and Darkbright as Deck polymer would work in that situation.

This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. If this card attacks, it is changed to Defense Position at the end of the Damage Step. If this card is destroyed, destroy 1 monster your opponent controls.

This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. This card gains 500 ATK for each WATER monster on the field other than "Elemental Hero Absolute Zero". When this card is removed from the field, destroy all monsters your opponent controls.

 

i don't think you can summon ANY of the elemental hero fusions

people would list some elemental hero fusions if you could summon them for metamorphosis

made changes on it so e-heros can work with this card.

now it's just OPed,it's like a polymerization except it selects from your deck which is usually more handy

you only lose 1 card in your hand

you thin your deck and send monsters to the graveyard (for Monster Reborn and such)

and gives you a perhaps powerful fusion monster on your field

 

add a cost or something
