My Possibly Over-Powered Card, (Comments only open to YGO U.A. Members.)

Hey Guys, I just wanted to know what your opinions are on my latest card. I was REALLY worried I made it over-powered, so I made it sort of.... weaker anyway I could without making it a pointless card, Any comments, U.A. Members? Input here.

 

 

 

EFFECT: *Edited!* This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except for by removing from play 2 of any 3 of these monsters, "Mobius, The Frost Monarch", "Levia-Dragon - Daedalus", or "Fog King" from the Graveyard. You cannot tribute two of the same monster to summon this card. If there is a face-up "Umi" on the field, you may tribute that card to destroy all the cards on the field, except for WATER Monsters. You may tribute one Face-Up "Umi" on your side of the field to destroy all Spell or Trap cards on your Opponent's side of the field. You may tribute one face-up "Umi" on the field to destroy all monsters on your side of the field, except for this card. If this effect is activated, the combined ATK of all the monsters is added to this monsters ATK for one Attack Phase only. This card cannot be Special Summoned from the Graveyard. This card loses 500 ATK for every turn it is on the field. If a Spell Card is activated that targets this card, destroy this card.

his 3rd Umi effect doesnt work. He also destroys himself.

1. You are not a YGO U.A. Member to my knowledge,

 

2. Umi does not target him specifically, so it wouldn't destroy him. and he is a WATER monster, so there is no way he could destroy himself.

Well forget the OCG for the minute. This card feels OP and over doing it as you can do a lot for just tributing three monsters and with just umi. Is the part summoning the 5 water monster necessary? The only thing really making it stable is the last 2 lines.

Well, the 5 Water thing was me thinking i was weakening the card too far. I was planning on taking that out. And I'm not tributing 3 monsters, I'm tributing 2 of the 3 monsters mentioned. I sort of wanted to make his effects based on discarding water monsters, but then it makes it far too easy to break that card wide open.

Well take out several unneeded parts then change somethings around then it should be fine.
