This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Assault Mode Activate". Once per turn during your Main Phase, you can add 1 Equip Spell Card from your Deck to your hand. If a card on your side of the field would be destroyed, you can destroy 1 Equip Spell Card instead. When this face-up card is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 "Power Tool Dragon" from your Graveyard. Copy and Paste that fix into your card. Grading:Picture - 2/2OCG - 1.5/2Usefulness - 1/2Balance - 1.5/2 Total: 6/8Grade: B+ The picture is very nice. I'm not sure where it's from so if it's like a Digimon or something, forgive me. Your Card Grammar is actually pretty nice. Just a few miswordings and lower-cases that need to Capital here and there. Usefulness is at 1/2 because if you don't load your Deck with Equip Spells, Power Tool Dragon is pretty much useless. Balance isn't perfect because it can easily prevent cards from being destroyed, PLUS like all /Assault Modes, their Normal Counterpart is Special Summoned if things go haywire. Other than that, I have no complaints. Overall, a very nice job. Especially for a newbie. Feel free to send me a Private Message if you need any help at all with card design or OCG help. Stardust Dragon, Red Dragon Archfiend, Black Rose Dragon, and Ancient Fairy Dragon are all Synchro Dragons and not /Assault Modes, so the second card is very unnecessary. While I do believe that PTD is a mechanized version of the Fifth Dragon, I don't believe that the latter is the /Assault Mode of it. Think of cards like Gagagigo or Warrior of Zera. Both pictures were taken directly from the Anime, even though you gave no official credit, and your first card's pic is just PTD/AM with Equips. The effect isn't that original either. tl;dr: You need image credit and the card is unoriginal. still tl;dr: 4/10.
