It is a standard tournament, with one special difference: Everything must be chibi. When all 16 people (will be lowered/raised if necessary) join, I will pair up all the contestants, and the First Round will start. No entry fee. Round 1Make a chibi card that is off of an anime/manga. It's effect must deal with the Deck and Graveyard.
