I was wondering when Wonderweiss would finally show up. -.- I was like "C'mon Kubo, you went and made him a while ago, and have done nothing with him. What's the deal?"

 

Also, Ukitake's mirror ability better start being in Bleach games. xD Just the water and lightning stuff was getting boring.

The Jolly Roger is the most well known and stereotypical pirate flag.

Thus Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez is a pirate.
