Please rate!The Effect:"Elemental Hero Neos" + 1 "Blackwing" Synchro monsterThis card cannot be Special Summoned, except by Fusion Summon with the above Fusion Material Monsters. This card's attribute is also treated as LIGHT. This card gains the effect(s) of the "Blackwing" monster used in this card's Fusion Summon". It can never lose a battle w/ another monster. AND 1 of the fusion materials comes back when it gets destroyed. It's just a Divine Neos image, a effect from Blackwing Armor Master without the Wedge Counter part and a little, tiny summoning effect added to it. Also, why would anybody even run this card? 0/10. Dr. Cakey Posted April 2, 2009 Report Share Posted April 2, 2009 Neos fusing with Blackwings...that's a little weird, especially since the Blackwing Synchro monsters have such different effects.This is my recommendation: make this guy 3500/3000, and say: "this card gains the effect(s) of the "Blackwing" monster used in this card's Fusion Summon". As for sticking "Elemental Hero" on, that's your call. The two Neos fusions that fuse with monsters outside of Heroes/Neo-Spacians don't use "Elemental Hero" in their names (Rainbow Neos, Neos Wiseman (who isn't actually a fusion, but should be)), after all.
