As Naruto has become the 6th Hokage his former squad member Sasuke Uchiha has become the leader of the Akatsuki after the death of Pain at the hands of Naruto. Now ten years later Sasuke and the Akatsuki has become the fiercest and deadliest foe since the 9 Tail beast destroyed The Leaf Village. Now As Sasuke and his newly formed Akatsuki consisting of many new members plan to destroy the Leaf and capture the 6th Hokage, The Leaf Village plans to defend the honor of the beloved Hokage Naruto. Jutsu:

1) Lightning Style - Winged Warrior: Gives Hayate the ability to fly short distances By shooting a Lightning bolt toward the ground. (Basicly a long jump)

2) Lightning Style - Light Ray - Gives Hayate the ability to shoot Lightning from his mouth.

3) Lightning Style - Sword Manipulation jutsu - A transformation of Hayate's sword that allows him to manipulate an opponents jutsu once during a fight. After the use of this jutsu Hayate goes into a state of shock, Usually blacks out.

4) Lightning Style - Chakra Seal Jutsu - While weildeing his sword he can drain chakra into his sword in order to use Justu at will without using hand signs. (Only small jutsu, unless you drain most of your chakra to use bigger ones)

5) Lightning Style Wind manipulation Clone: This clone has massive amounts of chakra. Giving the abilities of using wind Manipulation Chakra. The jutsu this clone uses is on a whole different level and is not none to anyone other then Hayate and hayate's brother, because nobody has lived to tell about this jutsu except his brother.

6) Dragon Clone - This jutsu can only be used when Hayate uses his Lightning Breath jutsu and Winged Warrior jutsu at the same time, its almost impossible to do unless you are of The Dragons Rage Clan. The clone has all same abilities as Hayate Strength's and weakness' but cannot use the jutsu Fire Style Sword Manipulation Jutsu.

Kekai genkai: "Fukugouki" (Dragonian Eye):

This technique is simalar to the sharingan of Sasuke Uchiha. The Eye has the ability to copy Jutsu and to desifer a counter attack to the move. The eye also gives the ability of telepathy and telekinetic. There are 3 levels of the Dragonian Eye, Level 1:(Genin) has the basic jutsu counter and has A 50 yard radius for his Telepathy. Level 2:(Chunin) Has the basic techniques and an added 25 yards to his Techniques brining it to a 75 yard Radius. Level 3:(Anbu/Sanin) Allows the user to summon a Dragon, which can only use fire style Jutsu. It also allows the user to upgrade to a 100 yard radius for techniques, also he can see whatever the Dragon sees.

Bio: Hayate was a former Anbu black ops member from the Lightning at the age of ten, He moved to the Leaf Village At 18 and he learned strange but new jutsu's, and now is the newly appointed Head of Anbu and a Sanin level ninja at the age of 21. He was known by the Lightning Anbu as the Dragon Warrior, because his jutsu has that of a dragons power.

Naruto was in his office looking through some Scrolls. As he read over the scrolls that where sent to him from an anonymous sender he noticed some startling news. Naruto read what the scroll said and pondered what he should do. Naruto then turned toward his assistant and announced, “Go and inform Hayate the Leader of the Anbu that I request a meeting immediately.” His assistant then turned and ran out the doors to the Anbu Barracks.

 

As the 6th Hokage’s assistant reached the Anbu’s Barracks he burst through the door and announced his presence from the 6th Hokage. “Hayate, Sir Naruto has requested your presence immediately for a meeting.”

 

Hayate looked toward Naruto’s assistant, “What is this about?”

 

“It’s confidential and I have no knowledge of the topic” He responded.

 

Hayate and Naruto’s assistant then left the building and headed for the Hokage’s office. As they left the building Many ninja where gathering for some sort of event. The two ignored the groups of people and went to meet Naruto.
