You must make a Level 4 Effect Monster with 2000 or more ATK.2.) You must use perfect or near-perfect OCG, as I'm tired of grading pretty much un-understandable effects.3.) No spamming, flaming, swearing etc.4.) Don't post unless you are reserving or posting your card, or anything else to do with the contest.5.) All other YCM rules apply. Prizes1st - 3 Reps and 300 Points2nd - 2 Reps and 200 Points3rd - 1 Rep and 100 Points End DateI will start grading the 13th. That's on Monday. If this card attacks your opponent directly remove 3 Charge Counters from the field.
