HORUS Posted October 10, 2007 Report Share Posted October 10, 2007 no it cannot. it is an effect that can only be used during your turn. on the subject of Snipe Hunter, ive been playing on Game King, and when people summon Snipe, they always say "Priority" and then when i try to Torrential, they say, "no, i said priority" i'm like "wtf does that mean????" Yogg-Saron Posted October 10, 2007 Report Share Posted October 10, 2007 That means when its summoned that they activate effect, but Torrential should still destroy it, just ask them what Priority means and they will probally just leave XD. Also, Snipe's effect cannot be used on the Opponent's turn, because it has an Ignition effect, which means it can be activated during any of YOUR Main Phases.
