You'd need (probablly) a lisence that could potentially cost thousands of bucks. And also, konami will have legal issues involving the picture. So basically, its not EVER gonna happen. I mean "Dark Core" is one of the simplest spell cards and I can't tell you how many times that card has saved by skin. I think they don't use it because they're just jealous. lol. Next turn, your getting it back, so...ya.Then discard one to destroy a card. The 2nd effect is better than the first in terms of balance.Overall, that means the effect is 50% balanced.
