Although the HQ was old and not good looking on the outside, Kent souped up the inside and it looked very little different from the official building of the Kira Investigation 8 years ago (the tall one L made).

OoC: I said they look similar... The place is old and secluded. Kent souped it up with t.v.s and several other pieces of very useful technology.

Alex got up and walked out of the hotel, then walked back to the NPA HQ (The Original 1, i guess?). As he reached it, he was panting crazy, "I need a car..." He said to himself, then walked inside.

OoC: Seriously... NO FWs?

Brandon watched a news report and noticed that there were 3 new deaths today by heart attack. He was then surprised. "This can't be. We kept all the other's Death Notes here. I kept mine, I haven't used it all week." he said. "Must be natural causes."

OoC: L time. I love L as a char, so Kent is a mix of the 2 (Light and L)

 

IC: "Interesting. There may be another DN out there somewhere. As you recall from the DN rules that our shinigami told us, a death is never natural. It is always planned."

Relk answered Lyax ,"My owner lost the death note, after i found it i killed him and took it back. scene the only way i can stay here in the human world is with a owner, can you just give him my Death Note, i hate caring two around anyway."

Lyax took Relk's Death Note. "Okay I will. But, if you by any chance kill Brandon. You will be dust, by my hands." she said in her in a more demonic tone rather then her normal voice.

Brandon thought for a second. "But those people weren't criminals. They were famous rich people. All of them were planning to give almost half the money they have to charity. Looks like we have a rogue Kira on the loose." he said

Lyax looked at Relk. "Okay then. But, he probably won't use it. He only wrote two names in his Death Note. Surprising, because both of those names was to protect someone he deeply cared about." she said in a playfull tone. "Makes me wonder why he even uses it."

Brandon looked at Kent. "They aren't criminals, though. they are super rich businessmen that were giving half their money to charity. " he said as he noticed Lyax walk through the door. "Well, now we know whats happening. Whats the meeting about anyway?"

OoC: With that shinigami app addition, the person can BE a shinigami now
