DARKPLANT RISING Posted May 16, 2009 Report Share Posted May 16, 2009 When an "Earthbound Immortal" card's effect is activated, this card gains 1 'Earthbound Counter' (Max. 5). Tribute 5 Earthbound counter to inflict 1000 damage to your opponent. Well...It's supposed to be like...Each time an "Earthbound God" Monster Activates its Effect, Put one "Earthbound Counter" on this card (MAX. 10). By Removing 5 "Earthbound Counter"s on this card, you can inflict 1000 Damage to your opponent. Well...to say the truth, no offence, but that card isn't that good... and also, Eathbounds have an CONTINUOUS EFFECT of:1. Cannot be Selected as an Attack Target2. Can Direct Attack3. If there is no Field Spell on the field, destroy this card.So, it is REALLY HARD to activate the EFFECT of an Earthbound. Also, since 1000 Damage isn't much, try to make it "Special Summon one Eathbound God from your hand" or something. There is much room for inprovement on this card. Try something more original. A●O●J Posted May 17, 2009 Report Share Posted May 17, 2009 Underpowered and unoriginal, as it has already been stated. It really doesn't help Earthbound Immortals at all. Perhaps you could make it like 500 for every counter removed. But even if you do change it, it still isn't a very good card. Its not awful or anything, its just not useful or interesting. But, honestly, you should make it into something like this: "As long as this card remains on the field, you can control more than 1 "Earthbound Immortal". When an "Earthbound Immortal" card's effect is activated, place 1 'Earthbound Counter' on this card (Max. 5). By sending this card to the Graveyard, inflict 500 points of damage to your opponent for every Earthbound Counter on this card." That should be better.
