Rating : 7.5/10 Erm well after studying some OCG, I came across to notice that I've been applying quotations to counters @_@Furude Rika is an example of using Quotations in-correctly, but due to this latest Picture Overhaul Im working on I don't really have the time to fix her lore >. Combined with some other healer-burn cards, it could be effective.Festival Gift: While at first sight it looks overpowered with the double draw per turn, the fact that it's kind of hard to pull out the whole Hinamizawa - Hinamizawa Festival - Festival Gift combo, it balances out. By the way, if someone destroys Hinamizawa (like with a Mystical Space Typhoon), then the cards "built" on it are destroyed or just ineffective as long as you don't have a Hinamizawa card on the field?A New World:Nifty effect, and good flavor-wise too.Knockout Punch:Simple effect, but can work.Flashback:An instant resurrection? Even though it's a Trap Card, and the activation requirement limits it somehow, I believe it would be Limited or Semi-Limited, I don't know..Christmas Celebrations!:Yay, more stalling! Christmas Celebrations! - Well Stall is a rather must in this deck blaintly to kill of opponents monsters with Hinamizawa and power up mine with Rika, Im thinking of making 2 more stall cards lol. A New World - I had fun making this effect it rather made my dream effect come true. Currently to come: If I find decent pictures of Takano Miyothen she'll be made, her effect is the same as Hinamizaw's sortaShe basicly spreads Counters making the process faster, she has 2 support cards 1 Spell equip -> Needle: Increases Takano's ATK by 500 and let's you place Syndrome counters on ops monsters1 Trap card continuous -> Outbreak: Once per turn, place 1 syndrome counter an all face-up monsters op controls, when a monster is Normal summoned or Special summoned place 2 Syndrome counters on that monster! Give it a requirement , a cost or something like that.Vengeful Ressurection (you meant Resurrection, I think): Okay, I like this one! It gives a good chance for a counterattack. I believe that you still have problems here and there with balance. Because of that, for these cards, I give 6/10 for Hanyuu/Rebirth, 5/10 for Counter Blast!, 7.5/10 for Baseball Bat, 8.5/10 for Vengeful Resurrection. Hinamizawa Syndrome Counters empower the monster in a heavy rate (+2000 ATK!), but it gets destroyed in the next turn..Love Charm: Simple, but good. Not more to say about it.With these cards, I feel somewhat more balance - I give 8/10 for Graceful Submission , and 7.5/10 for Final Hours and Love Charm. Exa Raiun Posted May 21, 2009 Report Share Posted May 21, 2009 Miyo: Seems like a 2-tribute monster which worths using, with proper strategy, she can easily be a field-clearer.Rena/Rebirth: Could be useful for swarming and/or getting tribute fodders.Rika/Rebirth: Does she put counters on herself too? +1600 ATK and +1200 DEF in each turn for all of your monsters AND destroys Spell Cards? Granted, you need Rika in Graveyard and paying 2000 Life Points, but still it feels somewhat overpowered...Mion/Rebirth: The ultimate beatstick... when it attacks, pretty much nothing stops her by brute force. ^^Shion/Rebirth: The ultimate beatstick #2... when these two are on the field, the opponent can only believe in Spell, Trap and Monster Effects...Satoko/Rebirth: Some more Spell/Trap clearing is good always, hehehe...For some reason, I feel that Rebirth monsters can change the pace of the duel on their own, and before someone would say that they are hard to pull out ...Rebirth: ...here is the answer. And I believe that's a bit overkill... maybe from hand would be enough.Incoming Transmition (you meant Transmission?): Simple, but a good, balanced effect. I like it. :)Outbreak: Again, you called Hinamizawa Syndrome Counters as Syndrome Counters by accident. Why do I feel that with a lucky draw, pretty much all monsters your opponent controls will die as soon as they are summoned ? ^^;;Syringe: More counter goodness. Order up!: Balanced, fun effect - after all, it applies to both players. And I love the picture. ^_^Full Assault: Negate Attack meets Dimension Wall, that's all I can say about this one.Punishment Game!: Bad Reaction to Simochi, with a card draw/discard twist. Interesting. In total, I have to say that while some of the cards feel a bit too powerful (especially some of the Rebirth ones), the others could give a nice, fun style.
