Scared to hear if it was herself, worried to hear if it was one of her friends, and terrified to find out if it was Jared. The mood got silent and suspenseful, the air itself started to get thicker in the eyes of Brittney and Alugard. Alugard reached into his bag to pull out The Warlocks Text, and make it turn to the page where it inscribed the name. Without saying a word he handed the book to Brittney and let her take it in. "I'm afraid that..." Alugard paused for a second. "The Warlocks Text has chosen you..." Alugard said in a softer tone then he would usually have. Alugard said as he closed the book and put it back in his bag. "You have to understand...I don't mean to be harsh, but it's an impossibility not to die now. If the event that is supposed to kill doesn't kill you the book will kill you itself, just to keep itself from being wrong, it's a really conceded piece of mythical equipment..." It was easy for him to find Brittney without magic because he suspected that she would most likely tell Jared about her situation first. "Her death can be by person, animal, event, disease, or pretty much everything." Alugard explained as he clutched his bag strap for a second. "And if all that fails...The Warlocks Text will kill her itself just to keep itself from being wrong. This book is helpful to all of man kind, but it's the most fickle and conceded piece of ancient history I have ever seen." Alugard said, admiring the book but then wishing he could destroy. He slipped it back into his bag and the mode had gone from general confusion, to more of a despair and frightful kind of tone. The thick air that had once surrounded Alugard and Brittney in the lounge had come back to effect the entire group this time.
