However, what if you combined all the attributes into one, awesome monarch?So, I give you, the last monarch: Arven the Rainbow Monarch. Old Version: Arven the Rainbow MonarchAttribute: Light (effect makes it all)Rarity: Ultra RareEffect: This card's attribute is also treated as DARK, WIND, WATER, FIRE and EARTH. When this card is Tribute Summoned, declare a monster attribute. Every face-up monster with the declared attribute on the field is returned to its owner's hand, except this card. New Version: This card's attribute is also treated as DARK, WIND, WATER, FIRE and EARTH. When this card is Tribute Summoned, select a monster Attribute. Each face-up monster with the selected Attribute that your opponent controls is returned to its owner's hand. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, your opponent cannot Special Summon monsters of the same Attribute as the selected monster. This card cannot be destroyed by a card effect that targets it. Enjoy =]rate and comment on what could be improved! Fishncrabs Posted May 21, 2009 Author Report Share Posted May 21, 2009 yeah i guess it could be a bit too OP, but it returns your monsters too, its only in ur opponents hand so they can use them again, and a quick lightning vortex or sumthing could do the same as this card. still, yeah, u could return like 5 cards in a LS or DaD deck or sumthing, then attack with 2400. :Pthx for answers. With a higher level more ATK/DEF and maybe even make it a Synchro/Fusion/Ritual monster. Now it only a monarch that could be the strongest. I personally think that Caius and Kuraz are better because they are not limited to face-up monsters and the cards are destroyed/removed. 7/10 because I think the card missed its purpose and doesn't stand out that much. Fishncrabs Posted May 22, 2009 Author Report Share Posted May 22, 2009 yeah ok. will fix OCG, thanks for that. but i think, all monarchs have 2400 atk and 1000 def, and are only 1 tribute. So it should probably be kept that way.However, if you guys think its too UP, I could probably make the cards destroyed instead, and/or make it only your opponent's monsters, not your own. Instead of "cannot Normal Summon the selected type" you would say "cannot Normal Summon monsters of the same Attribute as the selected monster".Anyway it's a pretty good, balanced card, maybe lower the ATK just a tiny bit. 8/10 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

DARKPLANT RISING Posted May 23, 2009 Report Share Posted May 23, 2009 So you got a better pic then before. The last looked like a fairy, but now it looks AWESOME. PURE AWESOME. Just extremely overpowered because of its high ATK and can't summon effect, (I would have kept it 2400 and not add the new effects), but it is good nonethless. 8/10.
