Any chance someone can point a few mistakes for me cheers. Thanks for the input The Flying Playtypus & Awesome

You're welcome.

For "Dark Spectral Souls":

Select 4 cards from your Deck and send them to the Graveyard to skip the Battle Phase of this turn.

It is something like that; anyway that's how I would would it.

For "Spectral Punishment": The "Life Points" is unnecessary. You can just leave that out.

For "Spectral World's Undead":

Discard this card from your hand to Special Summon "Spectral World's Undead" from you hand or Deck.

Pictures are very good, although some of the pictures have been used in other peoples sets. Spectral Machine Warrior's picture was used in one of my cards. But since I don't own it, I dont care :P.

OCG is spot on. Congratulations.

Altogether: 9/10

Spectral World's Undead:

Discard this card from your hand to Special Summon 1 "Spectral World's Undead" from your hand or Deck.

Simple, effective, almost perfect OCG except for the missing "1".

Spectral World's Dark Unicorn:

The wording in this card is hard to tell, but I think its overpowered. Your opponent has to let you draw 1 extra card each turn OR discard 1 card of their own each turn until they draw something like Monster Reborn or D.D Crow and waste it on this. And unlike Helpo Emer, this effect can trigger even with Foolish Burial. I suggest a drawback/payment (or both)

Spectral Necromancer:

This card gains 1000 ATK for each "Spectral Necromancer" that is removed from play. If this card is destroyed by battle, it is removed from play.

This is only a beatstick that can reach 2000 ATK at most and if killed, its removed from play.. not very useful... even if you defend with the first 2 (concidering you draw them during that duel) and are removed for their own effects, this is not too good... I suggest you add another effect to it.. I just don't see how this card benefits this set, (I'll keep reading just in case I find something that rises this card to the level of "King of Skull Servants"..)

Spectral Machine Warrior:

If this card is removed from play from your Deck, inflict 200 damage to your opponent. If this card is removed from play, Special Summon it in face-up Defense Position during the End Phase.

I'm assuming it has to be removed "from play"... if that's the case, I guess this Works with Necroface but still outclassed by "D.D. Survivor" and "D.D. Scout Plane"....the burn is not even a scratch, he'll come back as often as D.D Survivor but in Defense Position, he'll be kinda useless in comparison.. I suggest you let it return in Attack Position at the instant it is removed from your Deck, instead of waiting until the End Phase. and the rest of the time it can come back until the End Phase as planned...(only a suggestion though)

Spectral Knight:

When this card is selected as an attack target, you can remove it from play with the attacking monster. Then, return them to their owner's fields in face-up Attack Position during the second Standby Phase after they where removed from play.

I just totally reworded this one, I got lazy for some reason... card is OK being a lowered version of the D.D. monsters... my rewording "Standby Phase" only means they return at the beggining of that turn, counting both player's turns it would turn out that they both come back the the beggining of YOUR turn..I like it ... nothing more to say.

Spectral Dark Mage:

You can discard this card and 1 other "Spectral" monster from your hand to draw 3 cards.

This card is too simple, and its a +1, I don't know about it but looks like a powerful draw engine combined with that Dark Unicorn, I don't like the ammount of card advantage you can acomplish with 3 copies of each one in a Deck... its Overpowered as well as that other card (specially with that other card). Lower it to draw 2 so you at least end up with the same number of cards you began with...

Dark Spectral Souls:

Can you say "Quick-Play Painful Choise combined with Threatening Roar" ?

This card is broken, its not even support for this set only because you can splash it into any Deck. Its one of the most powerful Spell Cards I've ever seen...my way of keeping its meaning without having it broken would be something like:

You can only activate this card while you control a "Spectral" monster. Select 1 of the following effects:

*Skip your opponent's Battle Phase.

*Send 2 cards from your Deck to the Graveyard.

I know its way worse than the original but that's because the original is overpowered.

Spectral Punishment:

Instead of OCG correction, I'm going to ask why?

your Set so far looks ineficient to remove cards from play but you still have this card? I want to know what makes this card a valuable addition to it. These cards are good at getting card advantage (even with the drawbacks I suggested) and are very fast at getting whatever you want in time (they serve as a good draw engine), but they don't look as good burn cards to me... (although that's just my opinion). If you want to burn Life Points I suggest you rise the damage you inflict from 200 to about 500 or even 600 (it does make a difference) and add more damaging cards in the future (again, I'll continue looking to see if you already have a card like that in the ones I haven't looked yet).

Spectral Sorceress:

When this card is Normal or Special Summoned, you can pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Spectral" monster that is removed from play in face-up Attack Position.

I just re-worded everything again, just compare and contrast with the original you wrote and you will notice the errors, wording, OCG, ect. (they are not alot).

Spectral World's Emperor:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned, except while you have 6 or more "Spectral" monsters removed from play. This card gains 100 ATK for each "Spectral" monster removed from play. You can return 1 "Spectral" monster removed from play to the Graveyard to negate 1 attack.

ok, now I get removing them from play is how your Deck works.. I think you should make some cards that remove monsters from play, I see you have plenty of cards that return them.. this would make an interesting Deck but I want to run it without depending on Dimensional Fissure or Macro Cosmos if possible...

all in all......9 /10 congratulations, but you still need improvements..
