Shade and put false light sources in, even draw your own BG etc. These images look like outlines and bucket tool fills. 3-4 minutes approx on each image? Spend around 10. I know from a glance the picutres look bad and simple, but I can see they would have taken quite a while to draw. They are fine.also, the effects are pretty good. Blizzard Blitz is probably too OP since its a quick play... which means if u have no monsters, it can be even more devestating that Mirror Force... plus it can be played as a spell too.Also, Building Block is OP. Good job with the name, though. Balance: A little broken, because of the huge drawback and the huge bonus. Maybe add a drawback when it's Summoned, and take out the 2 Tuners. Pic: EPIC WIN! Although, it is lacking a bg... Blizzard Blitz Name: Meh-ish, but it's good and fits. Balance: Great! Pic: Lacks effort. It's good, but it needs some more work, and I can tell you rattled that off in a few seconds. Bopcicle Name: LOL {Great! ^_^} Balance: I can't say, because the way you have it worded right now, you have to Summon a Frozen Pizza, somehow get it back in you deck, and then send it to the Graveyard to Summon Bopcicle. Pic: I like it, although it lacks a bg. Building BlocK Name: Meh, I'd say change it to Ice Block, or something along those lines, because otherwise I think of legos. Balance: A little OP'ed, but it's okay. Pic: Not much effort. Bg. Chilling Spore Name: Good. Balance: First off, there is no such thing as face-down attack position. Good card is good otherwise. Pic: A little more effort and color needed. Frost Vulture Name: I like it. 8) Balance: Don't make it a Tuner. It doesn't look like one, and not many Tuners I know have Levels as high as 4. Making it a Tuner OPs it. Again, there is no such thing as face-down attack position. That is against the rules. Otherwise, great. Pic: I reiterate: I like it. Frostberry Name: Great! :D Balance: Perfect. Pic: Needs to have more effort. Also, needs bg. Frozen Pizza of Ice Icesicle Pizza Name: UP ^ Balance: Okay. Pic: Needs more effort. bg is required. Re-Frigerator Name: lol, again. :D Balance: No such thing as face-down attack position. Pic: Definately a lot of effort shown here! :) Although, it lacks a bg. Rock Collection Name: Good. Balance: No such thing as face-down attack position. You're re-writing the rules, Angel! Balanced. Pic: Good, lacks bg. Overall: Excellent work. Notes: -There is no such thing as face-down attack position, and there can't be, so don't say it's a new thing you came up with. ;) -Bg's are needed Some OCG is off and confusing.
